Everything went smoothly right up until I picked up the vehicle. When I got the Maserati, the check engine light was flashing and the interior was dirty. 5 Point Auto Group let me take it in for a diagnostic test during the seven day trial period, and thankfully, it didn’t show any major mechanical problems. Still, the car should have been cleaned properly, and the warning light should have been taken care of before I ever picked it up. Hopefully, they tighten up those details before I buy from them again.

I have two young kids, so trust me, I understand that cars get messy. But finding crushed Cheerios ground into the back seat and sticky residue on some of the rear buttons was pretty gross. It won’t stop us from buying from 5 Point Auto Group again, but it’s definitely something they need to do a better job with.
